Registration and Ticket Sales

• No Refunds: All sales of registrations and tickets for the RECESS26 conference are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a registration or ticket purchase has been completed.

• No Transfers: Registrations and tickets purchased for the RECESS26 conference are non-transferable. Each ticket or registration is valid only for the individual or entity whose name appears on the registration.

 

Exhibitors and Sponsors

• No Refunds: All purchases of exhibitor and sponsor packages are final. Once purchased, these packages cannot be refunded.

• Non-Transferable: Purchased exhibitor and sponsor packages are specifically tailored for the purchasing entity and are non-transferable. No changes in designated exhibitors or sponsors are allowed once a purchase has been finalized.

Advertising

• No Refunds: All sales for advertising in conference materials are final. No refunds will be provided once payment has been made.

• Adherence to Specifications: Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their content meets the specified guidelines and deadlines provided by RECESS26. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the exclusion of the advertisement from the conference materials without a refund.
