This workshop will provide an overview of how to work collaboratively to develop clean energy projects in disadvantaged communities. Learn about the significant federal and local government programs aimed at directing investments and benefits to support clean energy initiatives in underserved, distressed, and energy legacy communities. Workshop will share examples of how to create ownership and value-added opportunities for the communities where you are hosting projects and how to connect with neighborhood organizations, economic development groups and other non-government organizations contacts in underserved communities.
